Jessie will offer Reiki throughout the session, creating a calm and supportive space to help ease tension, quiet the mind, and encourage a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.
Stephanie will guide the sound experience using crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. The layered tones and vibrations invite the nervous system to slow down, allowing you to settle into a deeply relaxed and meditative state.
Together, Reiki and sound create a peaceful opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and simply rest.
No prior experience with Reiki, meditation, or sound healing is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
