You know that feeling when you're tired but your mind won't shut off? When you're carrying energy that isn't yours and you just want to let it go?
This is for you.
Join us for an restorative, gentle but powerful sound journey with reiki. We'll start with a guided grounding meditation, then let crystal bowls, harp, gong, & other healing sounds wash over you, while receiving 1:1 reiki to clear blockages and restore flow.
No experience needed. Just bring a mat, blanket, and open heart. Let the sound carry what no longer serves you, as reiki fills the space with peace.
Spaces are limited to keep it intimate.
Please bring: a mat to lay on, a journal, and a pen. Optional but recommended: blanket, water, eye mask, an item to place on the altar.
Includes: 60-min session + take-home grounding gift.

Laura Rebeccca Sanchez, MSN, RN, NP-C, MIM
Laura Rebecca Sanchez is a sound healer, energy healer, nurse practitioner, and the founder of The Heart Resonance Project. She is devoted to guiding others in holistic healing of the body, mind, and heart through sound.
She is a graduate of UC Berkeley, UC San Francisco, the Academy of Intuition Medicine®, and completed her sound healing studies at the Globe Institute. Laura gracefully weaves together her knowledge of the body with her experience in energy medicine, sound healing, and modern mysticism, offering transformative soundbaths, 1:1 sessions, and workshops. Alicia Touch, Reiki Master, Medicine Woman & Energy Practitioner
Alicia is a Reiki Master, medicine woman, and energy practitioner with a deep reverence for rest, intuition, and the body's innate wisdom. Her journey into healing was born from personal experience and a deep curiosity for the unseen. Through her challenges, she discovered the power of slowing down, tuning in, and trusting the wisdom of the body and energy.
Her path has taken her far beyond the treatment room. She has traveled to Belize, Mexico City, and Peru in search of healers and healing traditions learning from wisdom keepers, sitting with ancestral practices, and deepening her understanding of what it truly means to hold space for others. Those experiences shaped not just how she works, but who she is as a healer.
Alicia's approach is gentle and grounded. She meets you exactly where you are whether you're new to energy work or a seasoned healer yourself. She believes healing isn't about fixing what's broken, but about remembering what's already whole, and giving yourself permission to rest along the way.
