The circle opens with aura clearing through the medicine of plants, then guided reflection brings you into your own pulse, letting your system soften and open to receive your Soul's message.
From there, Rachelle will guide you through yin and restorative yoga postures while extending Reiki, and Jamie will extend the sound medicine with her drums and her voice, wrapping you in rhythm and resonance.
Each guest goes home with a heart chakra crystal tumble to support you through this season of life, plus a journal to hold the messages, insights, and reflections that surface.

Jamie: Greetings to the community at Seek Yoga Studio. My name is Jamie Colón-Orelüp, a practicing traveling medicine woman/curandera whose practice focuses on nurturing and restoring your spirit. My practice is a blend of traditional and contemporary. An expression of my studies in Curanderismo, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. A privilege to collaborate with Rachelle Rose Barkhurst from the Cosmic Heart Collective in this offering hosted at Seek Yoga for the community in Laramie
