This course is more than learning a healing technique—it’s an opportunity to cultivate inner calm, support your wellbeing, and awaken a deeper sense of self-awareness. Many students describe Reiki Level 1 as the beginning of a life-changing personal journey.
Through our hybrid learning format, you’ll first explore the foundations of Reiki through self-paced online lessons, allowing you to absorb the knowledge in your own time. You’ll then join an immersive in-person training where you’ll receive your Reiki attunements, practise hands-on healing techniques, and gain the confidence to use Reiki safely and effectively.
During this course, you will learn: to channel Reiki energy for yourself and others; discover practical techniques to reduce stress and promote relaxation; develop greater presence, intuition, and inner awareness and build a lifelong self-care practice you can integrate into everyday life.
No previous experience is required.
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice that is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, background, or spiritual beliefs.
At the Blue Lotus Singapore, we teach the traditional Usui Reiki system in a grounded, supportive, and practical way.
