🚨 SIOUX FALLS DATA CENTER PUBLIC INPUT OPPORTUNITY!🚨The Sioux Falls Regulatory Oversight Committee is meeting to discuss potential regulations for data centers in our community, and the public is invited to participate!
The committee is reviewing existing laws, listening to community concerns, and considering possible ordinances that could shape how data centers are developed and operated in Sioux Falls.
These decisions could impact our neighborhoods, utilities, infrastructure, environment, and community for years to come.
Whether you support data centers, oppose them, or simply have questions, you deserve a voice in decisions affecting our community!

November 27, 2026, is the deadline to submit proposed ordinances and supporting resources for the committee’s consideration.

Show up if you can. Submit your input if you can’t. Better yet, do both!
