Are you ready to step into the driver's seat of your own life? When life gets busy, it’s surprisingly easy to spend most of our days simply keeping up.
One email leads to another.
One task gets replaced by the next.
There’s work, family, plans, messages, things to remember and things that really should have been done yesterday.
We get very good at getting things done, but somewhere in all that doing, the things that genuinely matter to us can easily get pushed aside. And when we’re busy keeping up with everything, it’s easy to lose sight of what we actually want to make time for.
This is what our in-person, full-day workshop is about:
✓ We’ll look at what happens when our bodies and minds spend too much time in that constant go-go-go mode.
✓ We’ll explore simple, evidence-based ways to slow things down, help your nervous system settle and create a little more breathing space.
✓ Then we’ll look at the bigger picture: What actually matters to me? What are my priorities? And does the way I spend my time reflect them?
Throughout the day, we’ll combine a little bit of theory with mindfulness, practical exercises, reflection and conversation.
🥗And because everything is easier on a full stomach, a hearty, home-cooked vegetarian lunch is included in the ticket price.
