The Healer's Arc refers to a story or character trajectory where someone turns their deepest personal pain & trauma into their greatest strength. Through overcoming their own internal wounds, they gain the empathy & wisdom needed to help heal others. This is the Chiron energy-the Wounded Healer-Kintsugi(using gold to fix broken things).
This meditation invites you to embrace your journey through the Healer's Arc, channeling Chiron’s transformative energy to honor the wounded healer within. It highlights how your cracks and broken places—repaired with the gold of self-compassion—become your greatest strengths and unique medicine.
