REGENESIS 2026 AWARDS & ANTHOLOGY LAUNCH
OUR KINSHIP WITH NATURE
Join us for a very special afternoon celebrating the artists, writers, poets and musicians of the Greater Blue Mountains at the launch of the REGENESIS 2026 Anthology: Our Kinship with Nature.
Sunday 18 October 2026
1:00pm–4:00pm
Blue Mountains Cultural Centre, Katoomba
This year’s REGENESIS competition invited our creative community to explore what it means to recognise ourselves as part of the natural world — connected to Country, place, other species and the living landscapes that surround us.
From 47 entries across visual art, poetry, short stories and original lyrics with music, eight winning works have been selected across the Adult and Youth Awards.
At the launch, our prize winners will receive their awards and take centre stage to share, discuss and perform their work. It will be an opportunity to meet the creators, celebrate their achievements and experience the remarkable range of responses to this year’s theme, Our Kinship with Nature.
ENTRY IS FREE.
You can also reserve a ticket with a copy of the beautifully produced REGENESIS 2026 Anthology for $25, ready to collect at the launch.

Come and celebrate the creativity of our community and the many ways art can help us rediscover our kinship with nature.
