Food and beverage included with Royal Experience tickets must be consumed during the event and have no cash value. Beer may only be served to guests who meet all applicable liquor service requirements.
Additional food and beverages will be available for purchase from Bank & Baron throughout the evening.
Community Seating:
Some ticket categories use shared table seating. Guests purchasing fewer seats than the full table capacity may be seated with other ticket holders. For example, Royal Experience seating includes tables of four, so two separate parties of two may share the same table. We will keep each booking together whenever possible.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
REGALIA requires a minimum number of ticket sales for the performance to proceed. In the event that the minimum is not reached, or the event must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified and refunds will be processed through Eventbrite to the original method of payment.
If the event is rescheduled, existing tickets will remain valid for the new date. Additional refund instructions will be provided to ticket holders at that time.
Bank & Baron and the Royal Canadian Entertainment Company reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the performing lineup or program without materially changing the overall REGALIA experience.
