About this Event
Join us for a brief 60 minute integrative Reflexology workshop for women looking for endocrine support.
Are your hormones fluctuating due to poor sleep, grief, diet, familial engagements or
environmental stressors? Are you feeling challenged post-Ramadan, lethargic or out of
balance? Saira's holistic reflexology workshop will provide you with gentle protocol that may help regulate your cortisol, melatonin and reproductive systems. You'll be provided a yoga mat, ayurvedic oils to use during the workshop alongside a guided meditation for mental relief.
Saira is NOT your Healer, she is a conduit of deep compassion & believes that we are all born
worthy. As a certified Reflexologist, Womens event Facilitator and Holistic health Practitioner,
she has supported over 700 bodies and feet in the last 3 years with her 1:1 reflexology, and
guided meditations to help persons restore their self-worth and support their well-being. She
celebrates her 20th year with her Holistic Henna business, ‘Breath of Henna’ this July having
adorned over 350,000 persons since she was a 16 year old street Artist. Her advocacy work
ranges from fundraising for Parkinson’ Canada’s annual Superwalk to help build research to
mitigate symptoms and in supporting women and children through her seasonal art therapy
workshops including her annual women’s wellness retreat for Sakeenah Canada, ‘Blooming in
the Heart's Garden’.
Saira believes that when we take accountability for our well-being, we can then raise our
energetic frequency to mitigate our internal fears, improve our cognitive health and raise
collective, powerful and aligned communities with shared dialogues of compassion.
Self-compassion is an integral part of community healing and we, as humanity, are inseparable when it comes to healing, both individually and as a community.
Note: if you have sensitivities, please bring your own body balm or lotion to apply to your
feet. Please know that reflexology is best done on bare feet. Love your feet, learn about
your body and health & join us.
