Your Thoughts, Your Choice: Empower your Mind with Meditation
We learn to manage ourselves amidst the stress and chaos of life through exercise, nervous system regulation, stress management techniques, therapy, etc. All are essential for maintaining our mental health, but additional tools are available for us to tap into - within ourselves. We have a choice in the types of thoughts we think, but how do we access that choice and learn to create empowering thoughts? In this workshop, we will explore how the mind works and learn Raja Yoga Meditation techniques that can help us rein in our thoughts and get them working for us! Leave the session with tools, which when practiced daily, can help us slow down the thinking, disengage from negative thought patterns, and re-direct our thoughts in a productive and empowering direction.
No meditation experience is needed—just an open mind!
