From the University of Michigan team that ran Ann Arbor's guaranteed income pilot, supported by the City of Ann Arbor, comes a workshop designed for entrepreneurs, gig workers, and small business owners based off of feedback received during the guaranteed income pilot. This workshop will help you clarify:
What problem does your business solve for you personally?
What problem are you solving for your customers?
You will receive practical tips on how to price your products and services, assess market fit, and prepare a strong organizational structure to scale your business.
The workshop will be led by Christie Baer, who is the co-founder and managing director for the University of Michigan’s Detroit Neighborhood Entrepreneurs Project, which is a small business hub that provides wraparound services for Detroit entrepreneurs.
Christie is a serial entrepreneur who has owned four businesses and managed dozens of for-profits, non-profits, and political campaigns. She studies the needs of microenterprises and teaches workshops for entrepreneurs.
There will be time for Q&A with Christie, and breakfast will be provided. There is no cost attend. Space is limited, so register today!
Open to the public.
