As the season turns, we invite you to slow down, gather, and celebrate the Harvest Season. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, autumn marks a shift inward—a time of gathering, letting go, and conserving our energy as we move toward the stillness of winter. A time to notice what has grown, nourished us, and what we’re ready to carry forward. It's a season of turning inward rather than reaching outward.
The Great Harvest is an evening created around that transition. Held at the iconic Cobblestone Farm in Ann Arbor.
Begin with time to wander through a thoughtfully curated Fall Market, featuring small and local businesses. Browse, shop, and connect with the makers in our community before settling into an autumn-inspired yoga practice with Aubrey + Art. As we move toward the more nourishing, introspective qualities of Yin, our practice will invite you to slow down, soften, listen inward, and create space for what this season has to teach you.
We’ll close the evening around the table with a beautiful Harvest Dinner presented by local private chef Allison Anastasio, celebrating the abundance and flavors of the season. The Great Harvest is an invitation to gather rather than rush, nourish, and celebrate what has already taken root.
Early bird Pricing = $179 until October 15, $199 after.
