An evening of film and discussion, in collaboration with access charity, Euan’s GuideAbout this Event
In the Summer of 2025, two friends decided to commit to the adventure of a lifetime and travel overland from London to Istanbul to avoid flying; a journey of joy, challenge and spontaneity. A wedding to make, five weeks to get there (and back!), minimal preparation, many good strangers met and a lot of stories along the way.
Something like this would be a journey and a half for any pair of vagabonds, but throw in to the mix zero bike-packing experience, a high level spinal chord injury and all the added complications of a broke-neck-body while trying to navigate inaccessible infrastructure across 11 countries, and you have a recipe for both magic and madness.
