Redwoods Mini-Retreat - Sound Meditation, Breath, Yoga, & Community

On May 17th, we're taking our yoga & sound meditation mini-retreat offering outside, into a sacred clearing in Redwood Regional in Oakland.

Join Jenny & Kendall for an afternoon of breathwork (prāṇāyāma), yoga āsana, and sound meditation. This is the kind of reset your nervous system has been asking for.

Here's how the afternoon unfolds:

• Land acknowledgement & opening ceremony
• Breathwork (prāṇāyāma) to arrive fully
• Yoga āsana to open and release
• A two-healer, symphonic sound meditation under the redwoods using instruments including the gong, crystal bowls, Tibetan & Nepalese bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and more.
• Vendors & community time after

What to bring: Yoga mat · pillow · blanket · water · warm layers + jacket + socks (you'll be lying on the earth for the sound meditation 🌿)

Eye masks and essential oil roll-ons provided.
