About this Event
The Center for Early Intervention on Deafness is hosting their 23rd annual walk-a-thon at Lake Merritt! Habitot will also be there providing fun, play, and exploration for this great event. Join us on Sunday, May 17 from 9:00am -1:00pm for hands on- sensory play, bubbles, STEM/maker activities, and mixed media art for ages 1-5, siblings welcome. Preference given for those pre-registered for timeslots. Walk-ins admitted with available space.
- Explore Bubbles and create an immersive art experience
- Enjoy sensory play with our homemade ooey gooey slime
- Build sensory awareness and fine motor skills with our homemade playdough
- Create mixed media arts and crafts
- Build and launch a rocket 20 feet into the air with our Rocket Launcher
