Upcoming Redistricting Options and Community ForumsAs the District prepares to open Deer Haven Elementary School for the 2027-28 school year and High School #5 for 2028-29, new district-wide attendance boundary options will be shared with the Olentangy community in four community forums.
Monday, October 26 - Olentangy Liberty High School, 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, October 28 - Olentangy Berlin High School, 6:30 p.m.
Monday, November 2 - Olentangy High School, 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, November 4 - Olentangy Orange High School, 6:30 p.m.
Each forum will present the same information and offer an opportunity for community members to ask questions about the proposed redistricting scenarios; community members do not need to attend all four nights.
Community members may also provide feedback to the Attendance Boundary Committee through a survey available through November 5. The survey link will be shared at the forums and through the District’s regular communication channels.
The committee will review all feedback before making a recommendation to the Superintendent. The Superintendent’s final decision will be announced at the December 10 school board meeting.
