Join us for a spook-tacular Stroller Strides class filled with Halloween-themed moves, festive fun, and a full-body workout for moms.We’ll bring some monster-inspired movements, spooky challenges, and Halloween flair to our usual Stroller Strides routine while our littles join in on the fun. Expect plenty of squats, lunges, cardio, strength work, and maybe a few silly surprises along the way! 👻
🎃 Costumes are encouraged! Dress yourself and your little one in something fun and workout-friendly so we can show off our Halloween spirit while we sweat.
