Join me and Davel Patel of AURABREATH for an evening of movement, activities and exercises focused on reconnecting with the body in a joyful way.Our original July event had to be rescheduled due to an unexpected last minute cancellation, but we're back to host our event this Fall.
Come explore playfulness and creativity, release stress & tension, and dare to not take yourself too seriously.
Some things we plan to bring in include: light breathwork, music, intuitive movement & dance (if you want to), and playing with a point!
