About this Event
Every Wednesday night from 5:00-8:00pm, you can prioritize your recovery with the Recovery Series at Altered States Wellness – Glade Parks. Designed specifically for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and high performers, this weekly recovery experience helps your body recover faster, perform better, and stay ready for your next workout.
Every Wednesday, enjoy a complete recovery session for just $39, including a 20-minute Red Light Therapy session, and a 30 minute contrast therapy session featuring our Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge.
Red Light Therapy helps support muscle recovery by promoting circulation, reducing inflammation, and encouraging cellular repair after intense training sessions. Our Infrared Sauna provides deep, penetrating heat that can help ease muscle soreness, improve flexibility, increase blood flow, and promote relaxation. Finish with a Cold Plunge to help reduce inflammation, decrease recovery time, improve mental resilience, and leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
Join us every Wednesday at Altered States Wellness in Glade Parks and discover how intentional recovery can help you train harder, recover faster, and perform at your best. For booking, give us a call at 682-503-4217 or visit our website at alteredstateswellness.com/gladeparks for more information about the services we provide.
