About this Event
This therapeutic retreat is inspired by Chapter 3 of Women Who Run with the Wolves by Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes. We will focus on developing women's intuition through the story of Vasalisa the Wise. Rather than a traditional book study, we will have an experiential day where we'll use the themes from the chapter as a framework for personal reflection and growth.
Throughout the day, we'll explore topics such as:
- Letting go of old beliefs and patterns that no longer serve us
- Learning to recognize and trust our intuition
- Understanding the difference between fear and inner knowing
- Building discernment and making decisions that align with our authentic selves
- Exploring how discomfort and uncertainty can become opportunities for growth
- Protecting our energy and reconnecting with what gives us life
- Bringing our insights back into our everyday relationships and choices
The retreat will include discussion, guided journaling, experiential exercises, mindfulness, and opportunities to connect with other women in a supportive, therapeutic environment. The goal is for each participant to leave with a deeper connection to herself and practical tools for trusting her inner wisdom.
Lunch is included in the registration fee.
