Your week asks a lot of you. This is your invitation to soften. Essentially Restorative is a 90-minute candlelit class designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and simply be. Through fully supported restorative yoga poses, calming breathwork, and thoughtfully selected essential oils (optional), you’ll create space to release stress, quiet your mind, and nourish your body.We’ll settle into comfortable poses using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and other props, allowing your body to relax without effort. Throughout class, you’ll experience seasonal essential oil blends that enhance relaxation and complement the practice, creating a soothing sensory experience.
This isn’t about stretching farther or working harder. It’s about slowing down, filling your cup, and giving your nervous system the care it needs and deserves.
Perfect for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply in need of a peaceful way to end the week. No flexibility or yoga experience is necessary—just come exactly as you are.

Energy Exchange: $35 for a single session or $120 for all 4 sessions (Sept-Dec)

Cancellations:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, though you may transfer your spot to a friend.
