We begin with connecting to the body gently, with a guided meditation. To help you slow down, arrive and where the nervous system starts to feel safe enough to soften.
Then we move into breathwork - first a gently activating breath to shake off the cobwebs. To move the energy your body has been quietly holding onto.
Then we bring the system down. Slower, deeper, restorative patterns that activate your parasympathetic nervous system - your body's natural state of rest, recovery and safety. Most people have forgotten what regulation actually feels like in their body.
With your nervous system open and receptive, Emma brings in live sound healing to seal the work in.This is deliberate and intentional to anchor everything in.
We close together with space to integrate and share. You don't have to say a word. But most people find they want to.
People walk in carrying more than they realise - carrying stress, tension and overstimulation. They leave lighter.
