In this workshop you will:
- Explore healthy boundaries and how to communicate them effectively
- Build your own personalised wellbeing toolkit
- Create a realistic wellbeing plan to support your mental, emotional and physical health
- Identify what energises and drains you through our Energy Audit exercise
- Meet new people and enjoy and afternoon where you are the focus
