An intimate women's retreat with ceremonial sound, embodiment, sauna, 3-course sensory dinner, deep rest & connection.April 9–11, 2027 | View Point Lodge, Vernon, BC
What if you gave yourself an entire weekend to step away from everyone else's needs & reconnect with what you want?
Reclaim Her Rhythm is an intimate, three-day women's retreat created for those craving more space for themselves, meaningful connection with other women & the freedom to simply BE.
Nestled in a beautiful private lodge overlooking the Okanagan, we'll spend the weekend exploring:
✨ Ceremonial sound journeys & intuitive vocals
✨ Embodiment experiences, guided reflection & meaningful conversations
✨ Sauna, cold plunge & hot tub
✨ A unique three-course sensory dining experience
✨ Beautiful chef-curated meals
✨ Connection, laughter, nature & time to rest
This isn't about trying to become a better version of yourself.
It's about giving yourself space to reconnect with what matters to you & explore what you want to experience differently in your everyday life.
With a maximum of just 8 women, this is a deeply personal & intimate experience.
