About this Event
Join us for a free all-ages sound bath led by Mattia "Tia" Colón, MSW. Bring your family and friends! We'll open with introductions and time for your questions.
Then you'll settle in for 30 minutes as Tibetan singing bowls ring out around you. The gentle vibrations are meant to ease stress and help you focus. Afterward, we'll talk about simple ways to keep meditating at home. If you'd like, bring a journal for notes or reflections.
This event is part of Recipes & Rituals for Community Care. Explore the role of plants in personal and communal well-being with guest herbalists, healing artists, and wellness practitioners.
