At The Electric Lab, we release expectations of what dance "should" look like and let our bodies move in new, exciting ways.
Instead of being told how to move, you'll be guided to follow your own inner beat.
You'll have full permission to expand your repetoire and access all the feels we found easily as kids, but easily forget as adults: excitement, enthrallment, presence, amazement and relentless creativity.
This lab is a space to play with how we relate with ourselves and others, a space to experiment, a place to let go of the lists, the past, the future and JUST BE.
