Not to mention the acts who come from up the country and overseas to showcase their stuff at our Open Mic and get a taste of what's happening in Cork comedy.
Something special started happening in the Cork comedy scene in 2023. Dozens of talented comedians have sprung up out of the open mics. Established performers from around the country and abroad have started visiting Cork far more frequently to perform. Some have even relocated here. There are so many new clubs opening, with shows happening almost everyday, often multiple gigs a night. The quality of comedy throughout the county is rising rapidly. This explosion shows no signs of stopping. So, come see these folks now before they're too famous!
Our Open Mic Night is the perfect platform for established veterans to explore their new ideas and for aspiring comedians to practice material and meet the pros. Expect a wide range of comedy styles and personalities, with something for everyone to enjoy.
