Are you a mama just like me with a little one at school? Or perhaps you can steal away for an hour and a half on a Monday morning when the childminder pops round?
You are very welcome to drop in and join our Mindfulness for Mamas creativity and meditation gathering once a fortnight 💫
I have dreamed up and wanted to create this safe, non-judgmental space for quite some time, as I feel that being a mother, we also need time to create, play and connect with like-minded mamas.
Time to just be...to create, to breathe ✨️🎨🧘🏻♂️
Offered in a cosy room in the heart of Skibbereen,
Mindfulness for Mamas will consist of Monday mornings full of cups of tea, laughter, connection, guided meditation and creative activities including colouring, crafting and crochet (to name but a few)
There will be special guests every now and then- including other creative mamas (and non-mamas) who would love to share their creative flair! 🎨✨️
I'd like to also add that this group shall be inclusive, so even if you're not a mama, you are still welcome to come along to create and meditate with us.
Spaces are limited 🌿
Exchange is €15.
Location: 1st Floor 48 North Street Skibbereen.
Every fortnight, on Moon-days. Drop-in!
We begin Monday 2nd of November, then every second Monday thereafter.

Laura Mary Kate is a fully qualified and experienced Social Care Practitioner (BA Hons), Spiritual Counsellor (Dip), Holistic Practitioner (Dip), and Yoga Teacher, with many years of experience in working with and teaching various groups and offering art and creativity as a therapeutic practice.
LMK also offers cacao ceremonies, women's celtic wheel circles and creative workshops from her holistic space in Skibbereen and beyond 💫
