About this Event
What if genuine connection wasn't about being more interesting, saying the right thing, or performing a version of yourself?
Meaningful connection can emerge when we have space to slow down, become more present, and let ourselves be met as we are.
Real Social Connections is an immersive, experiential gathering exploring what makes genuine connection possible - both within ourselves and between us.
Through a series of guided experiences, we'll have opportunities to notice what's happening inside, express ourselves honestly, meet others beyond the usual social scripts, and explore different ways of relating to one another.
This isn't a networking event or a traditional social mixer. You won't be expected to be outgoing or to "get connection right." Instead, you'll be invited to participate at your own pace, follow your curiosity, and choose what feels natural and meaningful for you.
This full-day experience will include a mix of somatic practices, movement, dance, authentic relating, shadow work, and opportunities for consensual touch. Everything is invitational, and you're always welcome to participate in ways that feel right for you.
No previous experience is needed - just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
My hope is that you'll leave with a little more connection to yourself, a little more openness toward others, and perhaps a new sense of what genuine connection can feel like.
