About this Event
Ready, Set, Grow! is one of GW’s flagship career and professional development conference, now in its 11th year and co‑hosted by Alpha Kappa Psi and Delta Sigma Pi. Open to students from all majors and schools, the conference brings together industry leaders, alumni, and emerging professionals for a full day of learning, connection, and career exploration.
This year’s theme: "Connect Today, Lead Tomorrow," highlights the idea that meaningful relationships, early career curiosity, and genuine conversations can spark long-term leadership. Throughout the day, students will have opportunities to build those connections and learn directly from professionals who have navigated the paths they are just beginning.
The conference features six industry panels: Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Consulting, Technology, and Government. Attendees will also have access to student‑led workshops, networking sessions, and opportunities to meet recruiters and organization representatives.
Lunch will be provided, and students are encouraged to stay for networking and conversations with panelists and partners.
