Join us at Firefly Farmstop just outside of Athens for an evening of outdoor reading at Winterville's newest spot.
Firefly Farmstop is a storefront extension of the Marigold Collective, and features Georgia-made produce, beverages, bites, and household items. Grab some refreshments and a spot to read! Park onsite in one of the parking spots around the store.
DAYLIGHT: Since the sun sets earlier in September, reading hour starts at 6:00 PM to make sure we have reading light, but you can come early and stay after as long as you like. Firefly Farmstop is open 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM and has patio lighting.
RESERVE YOUR SEAT. Chairs are limited but there is plenty of room for folding chairs or lawn blankets, so BYOSeat is encouraged. Due to limited space and parking, we encourage reservations. Signing up reserves your spot for this event. If your plans change, please update your reservation to open up that seat for someone else.
ABOUT US: Silent Book Club Athens is a group created to bring together book lovers in the Athens, Georgia community. There is no assigned reading, no deadline to finish a book, and no required discussion. Bring your book of choice and enjoy reading in the company of others who appreciate and support reading too. Adults of all ages are welcome, and so are books of all genres and formats.
