Senior Race (age 16+) Start time 11:30am: 11.7 km (7.3 mile) with 237 metres (777 feet) of climb. Starting and finishing on Aberystwyth Promenade and taking in the two peaks of Pen Dinas and Constitution Hill. The majority of the race is on-road but there are a few off-road sections on well-established paths.Junior Race (start time 10:30am): Ages 7-15 (under 7s must be accompanied by an adult). Junior (11 and Under) – 1.77 kilometres / 1.1. mile); Secondary (12 and over) – 2.57 kilometres / 1.6 miles. Starting and finishing at the bandstand and taking in part of (Junior) or a full climb of Constitution Hill (Secondary).
