🍂 Autumn Evening of Rest & Reconnection with Louise Hurford
Join us for a peaceful autumn evening of gentle movement, breath, relaxation and deep rest in the woodland setting of Ysbryd Y Mwynglawdd—the Old Goginan Mine site.
Guided by experienced yoga teacher and retreat facilitator Louise Hurford of Harmony of the Heart, this relaxed two-hour wellbeing session offers an opportunity to slow down, step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
Louise brings together gentle and nourishing Hatha yoga, breath-connected movement, restorative practices and guided relaxation (yoga nidra). The session is suitable for all levels of experience, including complete beginners.
As the evening draws in, we’ll finish with time together around the fire, with a warm drink and space to simply sit, connect and enjoy the peaceful autumn atmosphere of the site.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. The session will be relaxed and accessible, with Louise offering different options so everyone can participate at their own pace.

As this is a fully funded event, every booked place has a cost attached. Please only book if you genuinely intend to attend.
We understand that plans can change, but if you can no longer come, please let us know as soon as possible. Late cancellations and no-shows can leave funded places unused while others miss the opportunity to attend.
