Rare Tropical Plant Expo — Fall EditionSeptember 26–27, 2026
The Rare Tropical Plant Expo is back this fall, and we are bringing together another full weekend of plants, shopping, community, and “I swear I was only going to look” energy.
This event is more than just a plant market. It is a curated tropical plant experience featuring local sellers, Canadian vendors, and international vendors all under one roof. Whether you are hunting for something rare, adding a few new favourites to your collection, or just coming to enjoy the atmosphere, there will be something for every kind of plant lover.
You can expect a wide mix of vendors offering everything from classic houseplants to rare collector plants, handmade goods, crystals, cookies, fertilizers, substrates, plant accessories, and more. Many of the plants you’ll find at this event are not commonly available at local greenhouses, which is what makes the expo such a fun and exciting place to explore.
Expect familiar favourites, new faces, unique finds, and those plants that make you stop mid-step and say, “Okay, I need to see the price before I emotionally commit.”
We will also have vendor giveaways throughout the weekend, happening every 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how many giveaway items are available. Giveaways may include plenty of goodies, rare plants, handmade items, crystals, fertilizer, substrate, and other fun prizes from our amazing vendors.
Food and convenience will be covered with concession options on site, plus nearby restaurants if you want to take a break, grab a bite, and regain the strength needed to carry “just one more plant.”
Underground parking will also be available, making it easier to load your new plant babies safely back to your vehicle.
This fall expo is all about bringing the plant community together again: great vendors, beautiful plants, good food, exciting giveaways, and a weekend full of good vibes.
Come hang out, meet fellow plant people, support amazing small businesses, and leave with more than you planned.
