On Tuesday, 27 October, we’ll be discussing

- Assembly by Natasha Brown
- Passing by Nella Larsen
- Every Light in the House by Andrea Levy
Some other suggested Rapid Reads from the Quick Reads selection are:

- Notting Hill Carnival: A West Side Story by Candice Carty-Williams
These are suggested books only, so feel free to read any other books suitable for Black History Month with fewer than 200 pages. You can then recommend your read/s to others at the book chat. We’d love to hear your thoughts and recommendations!
You can join Rapid Reads in person at Redbridge Central Library. You can bring a drink in a covered cup/thermos, and biscuits will be provided.
Or you can join online. The online joining details will be emailed to you before the book chat and again on the morning of 27 October.
