Join us for a Rangers re-set!
Meet the new Rangers leader and take a tour of the reserve. We will explore the varied habitats on site and put forward ideas on how we can make improvements for people and wildlife. We will set down a plan for future sessions of practical conservation tasks that will help develop our experience, skills and knowledge whilst having a positive impact on nature.
Join this group of young volunteers and get some hands-on experience of managing a nature reserve. Meet like-minded people, get active and have fun along the way.
Volunteering hours can count towards a Duke of Edinburgh Award or can be recorded as work experience on your CV, plus you’re helping to do your bit for the environment.
Please dress appropriately for the weather, bring suitable waterproof clothing (that you don’t mind getting dirty) and sturdy footwear. A drink/snacks are advisable though these can be purchased from the café.
