Al has become a huge concern across the globe. It is being used for many nefarious reasons that affect many aspects of people's lives - from pervert glasses, environmental concerns and mass surveillance just to name a few. Across Victoria, AI data centres developments are being constructed in working class Western and Northern suburbs to strengthen Al. We are also beginning to see these developments starting to head into other areas such as the South Eastern and Rural suburbs.
The Victorian Labor party are accelerating the development of these centres, without any public consultation, accountability or concern as to how these projects are affecting the locals near them.
Movements across the globe have protested the development of AI data centres.
