Hawaii LGBT Legacy Foundation and the LGBTQ+ Center Honolulu presents a FREE monthly Queer Mental Health Support Group
About this Event

The Rainbow Support Circle provides a nurturing environment for LGBTQIA+/MVPFAFF individuals to explore various mental health topics within a welcoming and empowering group setting, fostering mental well-being through open discussions and mutual understanding. We strive to create a safe space where folks can share their experiences and receive the support they need to navigate their mental health journey with confidence.

About this month's session:

Here in this session, we'll discuss the challenges of navigating our mental health as a queer individual. February will focus on creating mental, physical, and emotional wellness while processing the current political and social changes affecting LGBTQIA+/MVPFAFF+ individuals.

Three sessions offered:

  • General Group - 2/5 (First Wednesday)
  • Young Adults (18-30 years of age) - 2/12 (Second Wednesday)
  • Keiki (14-18 years of age) - 2/28 (Last Friday)

All sessions start at 5:30 pm

FREE Session, RSVP required. Small group limited to 10 participants per month.

A waiver will be provided for signature upon arrival to participatge in the Rainbow Support Circle session.
