About this Event
The Rainbow Leaders’ Summit is a hands-on day for leaders, changemakers and allies in Australia’s rainbow communities.
Most of us do this work in parallel. This is a day to work on it together: test ideas, practise the conversations we find hardest, and help shape where our sector goes next.
This year we’re keeping the room small, with a cap of 30. That means more time with each person in it, and more time to practise.

Who it's for
Leaders, changemakers and allies in rainbow communities who are ready to question old assumptions and stay in the conversation with people who see things differently. Up to 30 seats.
How the day works
A guided day of conversation and practice. You’ll work in pairs and small groups, on your feet for much of it. There are no panels or keynotes. Expect to be challenged.

This gathering has been running alongside the Better Together conference as a pre-conference event. This year the Summit stands on its own. Your ticket helps fund the day. Subsidised and supported places are available, so cost isn't a barrier for those who need it.
