Mountain Top Yoga – September: Rooted in Gratitude
Sunday, September 20, 2026 | 4:00–6:00 PM
Join us for September's Mountain Top Yoga experience, Rooted in Gratitude, as we gather on the mountain to honor where we've been, where we are, and all that continues to grow within us.
Gratitude invites us to pause long enough to notice what is already here—the people who have supported us, the lessons we've learned, the challenges we've survived, the beauty we've experienced, and even the difficult seasons that helped us grow.
Together, we'll make our way up the mountain, move through a grounding and reflective yoga practice, and settle into meditation surrounded by nature. We'll create space to breathe, connect, reflect, and root ourselves in appreciation.
As the seasons begin to change around us, we'll explore what it means to carry gratitude with us—not as a way of ignoring life's challenges, but as a way of remembering that even through difficult seasons, there is still something worth honoring.
Come exactly as you are. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Please bring:
Your yoga mat or blanket
A water bottle
Comfortable clothing and sturdy sneakers/shoes
Layers for changing temperatures
We will meet at the bottom of the mountain toether. An then you can choose to hike to the summit through various trails or choose to drive up and meet us there. You will have to pay to park up the mountain
Come breathe. Come reflect. Come connect. Come give thanks.
Let's root ourselves in gratitude and honor the beautiful journey that brought us here.
