Doors 6pm / Show 7pm Join Rainy Day Books at Uptown Theater to celebrate the new release from #1 New York Times bestselling author Rachel Maddow! All tickets include 1 copy of Rachel's new book, Department of Fate: The Promise, the Power, and the Collapse of America's Most Consequential Institution. Books will be distributed at event entry. IMPORTANT EVENT BOOK NOTE: Event books will be unsigned, and there will not be any signing or personalization line following the author talk. Details are subject to change depending on author and publisher needs. Please Note: There are no refunds for this event. If you are unable to attend, your book will be available for pickup at Rainy Day Books starting the following day. If you are not local, we'll be happy to mail it to you upon request. Thank you for your support! We will hold your event book in-store for a maximum of 6 months following the event. If you have not retrieved your book in that time period, it will be donated.
