About this Event

Join us for Queer Crafting every 4th Friday from 4:00pm - 8:00pm. This event is for all queer survivors and those who support queer suvivors!

Our studio is open to queer survivors and all who support queer survivors during our Queer Crafting, and we extend a warm invitation to all who support our mission to provide survivors of SV with inclusive art making experiences that encourages healing. No RSVP needed, just stop on by anytime between 4-8pm and bring a friend!

In an effort to make our space more accessible to the immunocompromised and COVID cautious communities, we are now making our Queer Crafting a mask required event! Staff will be wearing masks, and we ask attendees mask up as well! Masks will be provided.

If you haven't been to our space before, you will be greeted by one of our staff members upon arrival and given a short tour around the studio. No art experience or professional background is needed. Bring your own project or explore the art supplies we have available for free. We’ll also have creative prompts to spark your inspiration! ✨

The focus of Queer Crafting is to give individuals in our community unstructured, unfacilitated time to be together and create art.

There are two steps to enter the building. Dial 012 on the call box and we will buzz you in! Go up the stairs or front elevator to the 2nd floor, we are the last door on the right.

If you utilize a wheelchair, please email or call Awakenings ahead of your arrival and a staff member can direct you up to the studio in our freight elevator.
