- Tickets sold are non-refundable or exchangeable
- Late arrivals may only be admitted into the licensed area during intervals
- No admission for infants in arms or children under 4 years old
- Food and beverages are not allowed into the venue
- Flowers are not permitted into the venue
- The promoter/venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming without refund
- Public parking facilities are available at SOTA, The Cathay, GRID, SMU and Hotel Rendezvous
