One of the most effective ways to strengthen your body, calm your mind and soften your heart is through qigong practice.
About this Event

Qi, (pronounced “chee”), the Chinese term for vital energy, is the fundamental building block of life that makes everything in the body work.

Most of us are qi depleted. Having less qi can negatively impact your physical, mental and emotional health. Practicing qigong can help fortify your health and uplift your spirit.

During our time together, I’ll teach you exercises to help gather and build qi in your body and mind and in the energetic field around you. This includes a beautiful form, “Flying like a Bird,” with rounded, flowing movements that can feel light and free and create a sense of harmony.

This qi-filled environment can help you:

  • Quiet your racing mind and feel more peaceful
  • Reduce or eliminate pain and tension in your body
  • Relieve stress and anxiety and have more replenishing sleep
  • Learn to relax and focus inward, so you’re less triggered by external events

*All levels of experience and ability are welcome.
*Movements can be done standing or sitting.
*Please wear low heeled shoes (athletic shoes are fine).
