About this Event
Qigong is an ancient Chinese mind-body-spirit practice that uses slow, continuous movement, breath, and awareness to cultivate vital energy—or qi.
In Bry’s class, there is no pressure to perform and nothing to perfect. You’ll be invited to move in a way that feels good in your own body, beginning with gentle movements and gradually exploring balance, mobility, breath, and mindful movement.
Qigong may help you feel calmer and more grounded, improve balance and joint mobility, deepen your connection to your breath, and simply feel more present in your body.
No experience is necessary. All bodies are welcome. Come as you are.
Sometimes, slow is powerful.
About the Instructor:
Bryony “Bry” Jones is a certified Qigong teacher who believes deeply in the power of slowing down, reconnecting with the body, and creating space for more ease and vitality.
After spending many years living and working in Asia, Bry discovered a deeper connection to nature, movement, creativity, and ultimately Qigong—a practice that became a central part of her own life. She completed her 200-hour Qigong teacher training through Forest Rock School and continues to study Tai Chi while maintaining a daily Qigong practice.
Bry brings warmth, curiosity, and gentleness to her teaching. Her hope is simple: to create a welcoming space where every body feels comfortable exploring movement, breath, balance, and the healing practice of Qigong.
