Together, we’ll honor the connections, everyday joys, and moments of growth that have nourished us, creating space to appreciate what is here and welcome what is still unfolding.
We’ll begin with a cacao ceremony, sipping cacao mindfully as we settle into the space and set intentions rooted in gratitude. This shared ritual offers time to reflect on what we cherish, acknowledge our growth, and appreciate the ways we’ve been supported along our journey.
From there, a guided meditation will lead you into an immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gong, and chimes. Let yourself get comfortable as the sounds create space for stillness, reflection, and rest.
Whether gratitude feels close or takes a little searching, you are welcome here. Bring whatever you’re carrying and give yourself permission to receive.
