About this Event
Come find your community in the circle where we will join in mindful presence. Together we will begin by honoring the Ancestral Tongva land we reside on in a community land offering, while remembering our integral oneness with nature.
Realign and release with a gentle Dao In qi gong flow with Elizabeth Cheung (@gracefullotuswellness).
Access your inner world by immersing your senses in Tea Ceremony with Kayla Lam (@tcmteahealer).
We will close the evening in communal reflection and heart centered sharing as we hold space for one another to remember our sovereignty.
