Puppy Yoga Experience!
Join us for a one-of-a-kind wellness experience combining gentle yoga with the joy of playful puppies! This event is designed to help you relax, recharge, and enjoy some lighthearted fun surrounded by adorable furry companions.
During the session, you’ll move through beginner-friendly yoga poses while friendly puppies roam, cuddle, and interact with participants. Whether you’re a yoga enthusiast or just looking for a unique outing, this event is all about stress relief and smiles.
Each event has a variety of different puppies who are learning to interact with people so they can grow into well-socialized adult dogs. We cooperate with breeders, individuals, and local rescues such as "ReJoyceful Animal Rescue" and "Luvum All Animal Rescue".
Puppy Yoga – Release of Liability & Waiver
By participating in a Puppy Yoga event held by SMH Ventures LLC, which includes yoga/physical activity and interaction with live animals (puppies/dogs), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, falls, strains, collisions, allergic or asthma reactions, scratches, bites, illness, and exposure to germs, dander, or saliva, as well as the unpredictable behavior of animals.
I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, 16 years of age with parental consent, or I will be accompanied by a parent/guardian if under the age of 16.
I voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with my participation in the Event.
2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless SMH Ventures LLC, the event venue, instructors, breeders/handlers, staff, contractors, agents, affiliates, and partners (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.
3. Health & Emergency Care
I certify that I am physically able to safely participate in this Event and assume full responsibility for my health and well-being.
In the event of an emergency, I authorize SMH Ventures LLC and/or venue staff to obtain medical treatment on my behalf. I agree to be fully responsible for any costs associated with such care.
4. Safety Rules & Conduct
I agree to follow all instructions, rules, and guidelines provided by SMH Ventures LLC and event staff.
I understand that SMH Ventures LLC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant without a refund if they are behaving in a manner that is unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, or non-compliant.
5. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the “Released Parties” from all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from my actions, violations of rules, or misrepresentations made by me.
6. Photo & Video Release
I grant SMH Ventures LLC permission to take and use photographs and/or video recordings of me during the Event for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation.
If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I understand that I must notify staff prior to the Event. I acknowledge that I may still appear incidentally in group footage.
7. Acknowledgment
I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, 16 years of age with parental consent, or am accompanied by a parent or guardian if under the age of 16. I have read and understood this waiver in full, understand its terms, and voluntarily agree that by purchasing a ticket I, and any minors I am purchasing a ticket for or giving consent for, will be bound by these terms. I understand that purchasing a ticket is my agreement to these terms.
*I understand that there are no refunds of any kind, unless an Event is cancelled by SMH Ventures LLC.
