Puppy Pilates is back at POWER+FLOW — Saturday, November 7.
Join Kitten Paws and Downward Dogs and POWER+FLOW for a gentle, all-levels mat Pilates flow with adoptable rescue puppies. Flow, laugh and take as many puppy breaks as you need.
Rescue-only. Never breeders. Net proceeds support the participating rescue, scaled to tickets sold.

• Pilates led by Hannah
• All levels welcome · mats provided · ages 18+
• Wear something you don’t mind a puppy paw on
GOOD TO KNOW
• Just 30 spots.
• Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable—send a friend in your place.
• Puppy welfare comes first. Puppies have water, rest breaks and space to retreat; interaction depends on their comfort.
